This Privacy Policy describes how AI Agents (“the Application,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the AI Agents mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

To provide autonomous agent services, we collect:

• Account Data: Email and profile information handled via secure authentication.
• AI Directives: The goals, instructions, and knowledge base you provide for your agents.
• API Keys: Securely encrypted keys for third-party platforms (Telegram, Gmail) to allow your agents to operate.
• Subscription Data: We process all payments via the Apple App Store. We do not store or see your credit card information.

2. Use of Data

Your data is used strictly to:

• Formulate AI responses and execute agent tasks.
• Maintain and sync your agents across your devices.
• Provide secure access to your AI fleet.

3. Third-Party AI Services

The Application uses the Google Gemini API to process AI logic. While data is sent to Google for processing, we do not use your private directives or documents to train global AI models.

4. Security

We use AES-256 encryption for all sensitive storage (tokens and keys) and rely on industry-standard database security via Supabase.

5. User Control & Deletion

You have full control over your data. You may delete individual agents, clear activity logs, or permanently delete your entire account and all associated data through the Settings > Danger Zone section within the Application.
