1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Loved one Photo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License and Restrictions

You may use Loved one Photo for lawful purposes only. You agree NOT to use the service:

  • To generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content

  • To create content depicting nudity, sexual content, or violence

  • To generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights

  • To create misleading deepfakes or impersonate real people without consent

  • To generate hate speech or discriminatory content

  • To create spam or malicious content

  • To violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Content Moderation and Reporting

We actively moderate content generated through our service. We reserve the right to:

  • Review and remove content that violates these terms

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies

  • Use automated filtering to prevent inappropriate content generation

  • Investigate reports of harmful or illegal content

Users can report inappropriate content through our in-app reporting system. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • You retain ownership of text prompts you provide

  • Generated images are provided under a Creative Commons-style license for your personal and commercial use

  • You may not claim exclusive copyright over AI-generated content

  • You are responsible for ensuring your prompts don’t infringe on others’ rights

  • AI Creator retains all rights to the underlying AI technology and software

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store

  • Payments are charged to your iTunes Account

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal

  • Manage subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings

  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Loved one Photo is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content.
