Welcome to AITRADER. By using our mobile application and website (aitrader.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. No Financial Advice
AITRADER IS AN AI-BASED EDUCATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL TOOL. Any analysis, signals, or market insights generated by the AI (including Neural Vision scans and Expert Panel consensus) are for information and simulation purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Trading involves significant risk, and you are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make.
2. Subscription and Payments
AITRADER offers premium features via in-app subscriptions managed through Apple App Store.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
3. User Conduct and Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree not to use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms.
4. Data Usage and AI
AITRADER uses artificial intelligence (powered by Google Gemini) to process technical charts. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content can contain errors or biases. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any analysis provided.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
AITRADER is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AITRADER or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including trading losses.
