FocusCheck: ADHD Planner For Adults & Quiz (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our App.

• Account Data: When you sign up via Email or Apple Sign-In, we collect your email address and display name.
• Planner & Routine Data: We store the tasks, routines, and habits you create within the App to ensure they are available on all your devices.
• Quiz Responses: We collect your responses to the ADHD self-assessment quiz to provide your productivity archetype results.

B. Automatically Collected Information:

• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous information about how you interact with the App (e.g., features used, session duration).
• Device Information: We collect basic device information such as OS version and device model to ensure App compatibility.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App’s core functionality (Syncing tasks and routines).
• To personalize your experience based on your Quiz results.
• To manage your premium subscriptions through RevenueCat.
• To communicate with you regarding support requests or important updates.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use trusted third-party providers to power specific App features:

• Supabase: Used as our primary database and authentication provider. Your account and planner data are securely stored on Supabase servers.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions and verify purchase status.
• Apple (App Store): Handles all financial transactions and payment processing. We do not have access to your credit card or billing information.

4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

• Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active.
• Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this through the “Delete Account” option in the App’s settings, which will permanently wipe your data from our servers.

5. SECURITY

We take the security of your data seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols provided by Supabase and Apple to protect your information from unauthorized access.

6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our App is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
