FocusCheck Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of FocusCheck: ADHD Planner For Adults & Quiz (“App”), developed and operated by FocusCheck Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. NO MEDICAL ADVICE (IMPORTANT)

The App provides a visual planner, routine tracking, and self-assessment tools (including the ADHD Quiz/Test).

  • Informational Purposes Only: All content, including results from the ADHD Quiz, is for informational and educational purposes only.
  • Not a Medical Diagnosis: The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical consultation with a doctor, psychiatrist, or qualified healthcare provider.
  • Consult a Professional: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or mental health disorder.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

The App offers premium features through a subscription model (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime).

  • Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID Account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
  • Refunds: All financial transactions and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store.

3. LICENSE AND ACCESS

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on your iOS/iPadOS devices for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Use the App to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful material.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, design, graphics, text, and trademarks in the App are the exclusive property of FocusCheck and its licensors. You may not use our branding or intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page or within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
