Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the AI Agents mobile application (“Service”) operated by Breles (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Description of Service
AI Agents provides a platform for users to create, manage, and deploy autonomous artificial intelligence agents. These agents can perform tasks, analyze data, and integrate with third-party services like Telegram and Gmail.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or weekly).
- Free Plan (Starter): We may offer a limited version of the Service for free. We reserve the right to modify the limits of the Free Plan at any time.
- Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Since transactions are processed via the Apple App Store, any refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.
- Price Changes: We may modify Subscription fees at any time. Any change will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
4. AI Content Disclaimer
- Accuracy: The Service uses advanced AI models (such as Google Gemini). You acknowledge that AI-generated responses can sometimes be inaccurate, biased, or objectionable.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the actions taken by your agents and the content they generate. We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content or autonomous actions taken by the bots.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service allows integration with third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram, Gmail). By using these integrations, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of those respective platforms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party API changes or account restrictions.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
- To generate spam, deepfakes, or malicious software.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others.
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Breles, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey/Istanbul, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect.
