DeadTalks Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using DeadTalks, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Nature of Service (AI Simulation) DeadTalks uses Artificial Intelligence to simulate conversations. You acknowledge that:

Interactions are generated by AI and do not represent sentience or actual communication with deceased persons.
The “Persona” characteristics are simulations based on inputs you provide.
The AI may occasionally produce incorrect or hallucinatory responses (“Memories”).
3. User Generated Content & Conduct You are solely responsible for the content you upload (photos, audio, text). By using DeadTalks, you agree to the following strictly enforced policies regarding User Generated Content (UGC):

Objectionable Content Policy: DeadTalks has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. You may not upload, generate, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, pornographic, or hate speech.

Content Moderation: We employ automated and manual review systems to detect objectionable content. Any content found to violate these terms will be removed within 24 hours.

Reporting & Blocking: Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior directly through the app. We act on these reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content. We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these terms.

4. Payment & Subscriptions Subscriptions (Yearly/Monthly) are billed to your App Store account. You can cancel anytime via your Apple ID settings. Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property The AI models and underlying technology are the property of DeadTalks. You retain rights to the specific personal data (photos, voice samples) you upload.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy reliability of the emotional simulation or voice cloning fidelity.

7. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.
