1. Introduction DeadTalks (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information, specifically voice recordings and chat history, is collected, used, and safeguarded when using our AI memorial services.

2. Information We Collect Voice Data: When you provide audio samples for voice cloning, we process this data solely to create a unique AI voice model.

Chat History: We store text and audio interactions to improve the AI’s contextual memory (“Rings of Well-Being”) and provide a personalized experience.

3. How We Use Voice Cloning The voice models generated are used exclusively within the DeadTalks app for your interaction. We do not sell, share, or use your voice samples for third-party biometric databases. The prompt “Hear [Name]’s Voice Again” refers to this synthesized audio generation.

4. Data Retention & Deletion You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data (including voice models and chat logs) at any time via the “Delete Account” option in Settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion, data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

5. Security Calculated measures are taken to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access. All voice data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

6. Children’s Privacy DeadTalks is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
