1. My credits didn’t load after purchase.
In rare cases, there might be a delay between the App Store and our servers.
Go to the Paywall / Store screen.
Tap the “Restore Purchases” button at the bottom.
If credits still don’t appear, please email us with your purchase receipt.
2. How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple.
Open your iPhone Settings.
Tap your Name (Apple ID) at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Loved One Photo and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. How can I request a refund?
Since payments are processed by Apple, we cannot issue refunds directly. You must request a refund through Apple:
Go to [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com).
Sign in with your Apple ID.
Select “I’d like to,” choose “Request a refund,” and follow the instructions.
4. How do I delete my account?
We respect your privacy. To delete your account and all associated data permanently:
Open the Loved One Photo app.
Go to Settings / Profile.
Tap “Delete Account”.
Confirm the action. *Note: This action is irreversible.*
