Important: All device identifiers we collect are anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally. We use these only for improving app performance and security.

  • Send you updates and notifications (with your permission)

  • Analyze app usage to improve user experience (only with consent)

  • Ensure security and prevent fraud

  • Process text prompts through AI services (with your consent when creating images)

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers (payment processing, analytics) – All service providers are contractually required to maintain privacy standards equal to or stronger than ours and App Store requirements.

  • AI service providers for image generation – Your text prompts are sent to secure AI services only when you create images. These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements.

  • Legal authorities when required by law.

Your Consent: By using our image creation features, you explicitly consent to sharing your text prompts with our AI service providers for the sole purpose of generating images. This data is processed securely and not stored permanently by these providers.

4. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Delete your account and data completely

  • Opt-out of analytics and marketing communications

  • Export your data

  • Withdraw consent for data sharing with AI providers (note: this will prevent image generation)

Account Deletion: You can delete your account directly from the app settings. This will permanently remove all your data, including generated images, chat history, and account information.

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

  • Generated images are stored securely and encrypted

  • Text prompts are processed temporarily and not permanently stored

  • Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion request

  • Analytics data (if consented) is anonymized and retained for service improvement

6. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
